for Trampoline and Tumbling
Trampoline and Tumbling (T&T) is a form of gymnastics with three main events: trampoline (individual and synchronized), power tumbling, and double mini-trampoline. Both men and women practice together in the same events at different skill levels. Recreational and competitive athletes learn the same skills, ensuring a seamless transition from recreational to competitive levels.

OLYMPIC TRAMPOLINE

Athletes compete in connected jumps and flips, mastering various skills, techniques, and safety measures for success and fun on the trampoline. Competitors perform a routine with ten skills, including compulsory and optional skills, with higher-level athletes having the chance to do a synchronized routine with another athlete. Recreational athletes also have fun learning jumps and flips on the trampoline!
DOUBLE MINI TRAMPOLINE

The double mini trampoline is similar to the vault and uses a similar concept to perform skills. Athletes perform two connected skills per pass and try to stick the dismount. The technique for each skill is almost identical to the trampoline.
POWER TUMBLING

Tumbling is performed on a long elevated runway called the rod floor. It gives gymnasts extra spring and bounce to perform acrobatic skills in a row. Competitors learn two passes ranging from 5 to 8 skills down the floor. Skills learned include forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, back handsprings, flips, whips, etc.
